"I went into this Tesco Express today at approximately 1pm. I bought nothing. As I went out, I heard a slight bleeping. I ignored it as I hadn't bought anything. I crossed over the road to the cleaners. A man appeared beside me and asked if I had been in Tesco's. He looked like a security guard. He asked if I had bought anything. I said no and offered to show him inside my bag. He didn't want to look. The manager of the cleaners was very annoyed that the man had come into his shop. So was I. I collected my duvet and decided to go back to the Tesco. The man said he was the manager 'Omar'. He refused to apologise for his behaviour and refused to look in my bag when I insisted on opening it. The cashier also joined in and shouted at me. When I left the shop, my bag bleeped again so I can only assume it was something in my other shopping. I was very embarrassed by this man's behaviour and the cashier's. Please investigate."
