"I went to make a purchase, only had cash, it was card only on self scan tllls. I asked the female assistant where do i pay cash? She wad rude muttered. "It's over there." She walked off without saying or explaining why lshe was leaving the till eaving me and 5 other customers in the queue unattended!. Another female member of staff came to the tills, started serving. When i complained about her collegues rudeness and just walking off, she also became rude, (Management). Customer service is abysmal staff need proper training. Management need to manage this is appalling for M & S. They should have 0 stars."
