"Spending a couple nites in ealing broadway and came across amazon fresh. Had to pop in, to see what's what. Open your amazon app, find amazon fresh. Then scan your code, its that easy. There is also a qr code at the front of the store, you can scan if you could not find it on the app. Store was well stocked, staff was at hand. Prices seem higher and you literally take what you want and leave. Brown paper bag was free and I was accurately charged for my purchases. They do fresh coffee and there is a bakery for tasty treats. Coffee was really good. I like the ease of this shop and there are no queues. Wish there was one near where I lived."

You can return any Amazon parcels easily, and the shopping experience is made easy with just scanning a qr code to enter and no need to check out. I love their meal deals and the fact that there's a coffee machine only for drinks with oat milk. Would appreciate a price match with other local shops."
"A new shopping experience as a no cashier check out supermarket. Products are widely provided like a normal supermarket but just in much smaller scale. Pleasant to walk around. Products look nice but a bit expensive compared to Tesco or Morrison. A lot of friendly Amazon staff to help around for this new shopping experience. I did not buy anything for this first visit, but certainly will come back again to see if there are something new and attractive to buy."
