"This is a new store so I really wanted to try it out, I am quite impressed with just how much space there is, it isn't cramped, it makes shopping there really pleasant, prices are great, the bakery is amazing and the bakery items are just amazing quality, the layout is a bit confusing but I'm sure I'll get the hang of where everything is, the car park is really spacious, lots of spaces so definitely worth a trip"

"Not a very good start for this store at all, upon making a number of complaints around the way You are stacking meat products next to vegetarian and vegan products, you have done absolutely nothing about it, I have told a number of staff members I have also raised it with two different managers but nobody from your company seems to want to know, it's not just about financial gain it's also about respecting your customers so they want to come back to your store, the number one rule around health and hygiene is cross contamination but it seems you don't understand these procedures. Let me just inform you no vegan or vegetarian wants to come in to spend their money on different food products that a sandwich between meat products it's absolutely ludicrous that you can let this happen. I have raised a complaint before by making a review of which you got back to me saying that you would jump on this and get it sorted, a week and a half later I walk into your store to find it even worse. Just don't understand why you haven't got the common sense to put it in an area where you're vegan and vegetarian customers can feel safe buying their products ie: separate fridge and freezer area it's not rocket science it's plain common sense. I have taken pictures and will be putting them on social media, the quicker you grasp the concept of vegan and vegetarianism the better . For 4 staff members to ignore what I said and 2 manages to not care at all what does that say about your company. Please sort this out it's disgusting. Thank you"
