"Have just been shocked and humiliated at Kew, am a regular customer and as I entered shop I was stopped by security guard and hygienically challenged shop assistant demanding I leave as they had caught me stealing meat from there 2 days before. Totally shocked I'm denying this and insist they check their cameras as they have accused the wrong person! They are adamant even when the homeless man, who is regularly outside, told them they were mistaken. I protested my innocence in front of shop full of people,, including 1 of my bosses from work. If so sure, I find it interesting that I stead of turning on their cameta before approaching me, that security guard only turns his chest camera on when I naturally have started getting angry. I am still in belief at the humiliation of it all"

"Bad customer service experience. I saw in the badge the name of the store sale assistant but I don’t find it appropriate to name it here publicly. I just would like the customer service level to be improved. Once I was about to go to the tills to pay the items, The store sale assistant sent me to the self check out machines in a rude and careless way but only 15 seconds later he served the next customer on the till. He was not busy in the till whatsoever so I do not understand why he sent me to the self check out machine and to the following customer not. Please treat people equally and with respect. It does not cost a penny and for sure it will prevent customers to do not go away to other stores to do their shopping. Thank you"

"I like this store because it's very conveniently close to me. The opening hours are long. They do a reasonable range of products and there's frequently useful discounts on items I buy. The store is very popular and can be very busy especially lunchtime and evenings, so if you don't like queues it's best to avoid these times if you can. I find the staff generally helpful, and the store seems better managed recently compared to previously. Hope it continues."
