"5 stars for stock.. 1 star for staffing.. Products well stocked but the staff have very bad customer skills...lost my trolley coin and asked for help...and this is exactly they said.. 1st staff member..'ask her" pointing to the tills Till lady.."buy something" pointing to shelves with a bad attitude so, asked her not to speak to me in that tone as just needed help with a trolley. Manager.."no sorry because of people stealing them" and wow what an attitude too. I only wanted to k ow if they have atrollrey token or if they could access a trolley for me..it was -1° and 8am in the morning. I wanted to shop early and have a home delivery. At 55 years old I was definitely not going to steal a trolley and walk 3 miles with it.. I know retail can be hard as did it for years but this was a very uncomfortable shop.."

"I wanted to buy the 2 boxes of chocolates and get one free offer. As i approached to ask for some as there wasnt any on the shelf, the manager came out from the back and passed a customer a box full of them. I asked him if i could have 3, he informed me they had all gone. I asked him why he was allowing that customer to bulk buy which results in other customers being disappointed. He snapped at me saying well im not taking them off her now, first come first served. I tried to explain to him that there wasnt any on the shop floor and i had simply come to ask if there was any to which i saw him allow a whole box full of them to be sold. He stood there, looked at me and replied ' what a shame ' i calmly said excuse me? What do you mean what a shame? He proceeded to laugh at me sarcastically and kept repeating what a shame what a shame... i then asked him if he was the manager and why does he have to be so sarcastic and he turned his back and walked away. I asked another assistant who he was and whats his name to be told thats Steve the SM...Regardless of the chocolates put how can your SM actually stand there and make me feel an inch high and totally embarrass me in this manner ? Standing in my face repeating what a shame what a shame was unbelievable coming from the store manager ! So so arrogant and rude ! Steve the store manager of greenford broadway branch you obviously dont want your job and bring the iceland name down to its knees so why dont you allow your customer assistants to do your job, they were most helpful unlike you."
"Pretty good and cozy place. Had everything I wanted and all in a fair price! Highly recommend for physical shopping!"
"Just popped in for a few frozen items. Reasonably large store. One of the bigger ones that I’ve shopped in. Great value deals on frozen and ambient products. Very affordable pizzas and they taste great too. Some products a lot cheaper than other shops. Own brand items are very good quality and taste good. Store was well stocked and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful."
