"Friendly staff and lots of groceries variety. Specially fresh vegetables.."
"No idea about customer service. No ‘hello’, no ‘how are you’, no ‘thank you’, not even able to crack a smile. Sometimes not even a single word other than the price of your goods. But really should I be surprised? These people think all they need to do is buy the premises, stock it and that’s it. Given the number of similar retail establishments on the same parade, you’d think they’d do better to try and retain their customers. Quality of fresh produce is nothing special either. One I try to avoid if at all possible."
"I was surprised to read the comments about rude staff. Everytime I go here the people are very friendly and helpful. I will try to shop here more often, clean and organized. They lift your basket if it is too heavy, pack your bags and help you to the car if required. My baby was getting irritated so one of the staff handed her a lollypop and asked me If I needed any help. What else would you want from a grocery store?!"
"Very poor customer service from 1 of the owners, he is very rude and arrogant to customers, the guy refused to sell me a pint of milk because i had bought a item from sadda superstore! Pathetic attitude, and he is selling alcohol to drunk people and at 6am in the morning."
"Very poor response on sales and so rude to customers. Keep the items with you as none can buy from you is the expression of the attitude. Life is a race don’t take too advantage on customers then you will be out"
