"Fabulous service throughout the entire process from Brian, Pauline and Matthew. Unrivalled product knowledge was reassuring when there are so many hot tub companies out there. But with the best insulation you can get for a hot tub, Hydropool seemed the logical choice along with the aftercare (if required) from this brilliant family team. This is a family affair, with Brian and Pauline and their son Matthew, each providing knowledgeable and exemplary advice. And there's no sales pressure whatsoever with great after sales too. They make things happen too - we never thought we'd get a hot tub into our garden, but they found a way with the crane lift (great value and service by the way) part of the experience.
