"Please be careful when you buy and load oyster card at this place. I bought an oyster card at this store for 7 pounds. I paid the person 30 pounds in cash. He asked me if he should load 20 or 23 and I clearly asked him to load 23pounds. But guess what? When I used the card at a train station, it showed 0 amount. Basically, no amount was loaded on the card. When I went back to question the shopkeeper, he first asked me to come after 2 hours. I stood outside his shop and he went thru the CC camera. He confirmed that I paid him 30 pounds. But he said he cannot refund it to me since the card company has to pay that amount. To cut a long story short, he had the audacity to blame me for his mistake. So please do not get ripped off the way I did."
