"Too many ill behaved teenaged muppets allowed in during family swim. Pool rules (direction of swimming) never enforced so the resident middle aged "Olympiad" ruins the experience for others. Changing rooms are a joke, a good proportion of the lockers are busted. Staff are really nice so this review is no reflection on them :)"
"Staff are lovely. Both my daughters have loved swimming here and I take my nephew too and he loves it. They just can't seem to get the temperature right the changing rooms are freezing and the stands are boiling. The stairs on the stands are dangerous... if they weren't steep enough they need re-covering as the vinyl is coming off and they are covered in tape."
"Family session is only one hour a day between 1.30 and 2.30. No other sessions. Unless you are member you are not welcome. They are pushing you to pay monthly even you don't use it often. In order to use it only a couple of times in a month why do you have to pay regular fees."
"What a fantastic facility and brilliant swimming lesson for my granddaughter. A bit let down by the dirty female toilet which was broken and unhygienic changing room. Dirty nappy left on changing bench litter on the floor with clumps of hair. This is obviously a visitor issue but maybe requires regular checking if visitors are so disrespectful of this amazing facility"
