"the facilities are great and most of the staff BUT the staff on the front desk really need retraining usually just one on till while a big Que forming then chat away to anybody near them they are rude and not at all helpful ,one example i had lost my car park ticket and she knew i had been in a class and insisted i pay full price to get out ? why you knew were i had been ! everyone complains about reception so come on Oldham retrain the staff with manners and customer care"
"Warning avoid Oldham active gym. Not only did they over charge me with a none reducimg membership as advertised, I cancelled my direct debit and I wasn't aware and they send it to a very aggressive debt collection agency that charges you £15 for a direct debit cancellation that increases after 30 days. It's ridiculous. Whoever signed up for that for the council doesn't care about their own citizens."
"I am absolutely shocked about the customer service - the receptionists are rude, they forget the basics of client care, I have lost one of my times whilst at the swimming pool. When I went over to the reception, all 3 receptionist ignored me and wouldn’t come over at all, eventually when I asked one of them if anyone has reported a missing item, I was told to “check my bag and to go away!” not particularly nice way of helping me finding my item. Very disappointed at the receptionist staff. I felt like I was being told off and treated like a 10 year old."
