"This is a clean, well-managed sports facility with indoor courts, a generously-appointed couple of pools, and a more modestly-appointed gym with up-to-date equipment. There are, of course, shower and changing facilities. The centre is rarely very busy... so if you prefer working out or swimming in a less public environment, this is ideal. For the morning gym sessions, for example, there are seldom more than three or four people (mainly elderly gentlemen) at any one time. The staff are polite, helpful, friendly and approachable. But if you like a busy, humming environment, you might like to try elsewhere."

The toilets are not checked often enough in terns of cleanliness and the replenishment of toilet paper etc and the changing rooms are the same. The classes, gym and pool are good, but these things let the centre down."
