"Putting together a very complicated pumping system for a mobile window cleaning tank, we found that the connectors for the hoses in our kit we're sub par. After calling around some major retailers to acquire some strong replacements, we were struggling to find what we needed. Suppliers online were only offering delivery within a week and we started to think it was going to take forever. We contacted the guys at Microbore who were just getting ready to close for the new year, they were so helpful. Not only did they stock the part that we needed, but if it turned out that they didn't stock it, they offered to make it out of brass on site within half an hour! Wow. What a service!
