"Just what I needed for a weekend visiting my son at uni. Clean, neat and spacious. There was slight confusion about booking the parking space so I called the helpline and it was resolved efficiently, politely and immediately by Ula, the Reservation Manager. Nice little basket of tea/coffee/sweets/milk/sugar. Yes, the car park is tiny but it was fine. Will definitely use again. Thank you!"

"We got to the apartment and fridge/freezer was left turned off defrosting. There were plastic bags left inside too. When we opened the freezer to put some drinks, it flooded the floor. I called to ask for help for it to get cleaned but was told nobody could come and clean it up so ended up cleaning it myself for an hour. She said she was going to call me back to offer assistance but never heard from her again. The wooden floors were dirty like they were not cleaned at all. However the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Fresh sheets and towels were provided."

"It's great to have that bit more space than a hotel room, along with a kitchenette so that I can cook my own meals some of the time, when I'm visiting Clifton. Although it got a bit hot during the heatwave, my favourite apartment is at the top of the building, with a partial view of the estuary. It was possible to open the window wide and a fan and fridge are provided, so the heat was manageable. The rear of the building is also a lot quieter than the front - which gets a bit of street noise. There's nobody onsite to help out, but they've been pretty responsive and helpful when I've called."

"The room was clean, well equipped with enough utensils to cook and clean as if you were in your home. The location was the best feature as many eateries around Clifton Village. It would be lovely if they offer some discount for the healthcare workers even as little as 5%. I would advise to confirm the parking space as it is expensive to park around Clifton and mostly short stay only. We were not able to park so had to park far away which reduced star rating we gave for the apartment."

"Fantastic location and great size rooms, responsive service at short notice appreciated, washing machine/dryer, iron etc worked well. Could do with a coffee machine rather than just plunger but there is good coffee close by at cafes. Nice having a courtyard to relax in…. & ready made ice for your G&Ts…!! Very comfortable and much the same price as a hotel room but much more space and facilities"
