"Visited the physical store to get advice on parts needed for my son's scooter. Very friendly and helpful staff and great prices. Lots of tips too for fitting. The store had plenty of parking, lots of products out on display and plenty of space to move around. Although you can purchase online, I would recommend visiting if you are in the area."

"I attended the new store prior to it's official opening after calling for some advice on the purchase of some skates. The gentleman on the phone explained the store wasn't officially open yet and described it as similar to argos click and collect but stressed, all the staff would be able to assist me and they did not disappoint. I arrived and desperately needed to use the ladies, and I was allowed access to the facilities despite how busy the staff were and the fact that the building was still being renovated. Having not purchased skates in decades, and requiring some guidance, all the staff assisted in helping me find exactly what I needed. However, Ellie (I think her name was), went above and beyond to help me. She showed me all the skates available, explained the differences on each, and allowed me some time to try on the skates while she assisted other customers in a constantly busy, limited space shop front. She was attentive, and apologised for the limited space but it just made my experience better. Despite the limited space, and how busy they were, Ellie and her colleague's were brilliant, and all a true credit to the store. I left with everything I needed, including skates and the protective gear, for less than half the price of what I expected to pay for my skates alone! Being reintroduced to the skating world, I will recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be returning once the store is officially open. Thank you all again for all of your help."

"Just bought a longboard cruiser for my 6 year old, and what a great experience. Louisa, guided me through the best options based on my requirements for the board as I know nothing about skateboards. Louisa was very personable and so accommodating to my lack of knowledge about skateboards. I wasn't pushed in to buying any thing I didn't need.
