"Came in today and booked a holiday with Lauren, nothing was too much trouble, she was so warm and friendly and didn't hurry us one bit and really took into account what we wanted but more importantly needed, she really was a delight to deal with, we had previously been in a couple of weeks ago and booked one with Kelly, who again was just as delightful and accommodating with my needs and they have both been extremely thorough and helpful. We decided to use this branch as we had previously had a problem elsewhere in 2022 that the staff in Wakefield assisted us with so it made sense to return to the lovely staff here and yet again we haven't been let down. The shop is easily accessible for me as a disabled person and I can highly recommend coming here for all your holiday requirements."
