I contacted the customer services team and my issue was escalated with in a short space of time to director level. The exchange was completely hassle free and at the cost to Hilka. Hilka UK looked into the issue and resolved the problem with the delivery. Nothing was too much trouble and the company has been very proactive in engineering a solution. Their products are excellent value for money and they give a superb level of customer service. I would reccomend Hilka products to anyone."

Excellent range of gardening tools as well which was very useful during this lockdown period. Hand tools like hammers, screwdrivers, screwbits all very well made. No issues so far!
