"Staff just paired up chatting everywhere, asked for wood to be cut, got told we came in at the wrong time because the manager wasn't there 3pm... and technically he wasn't allowed to cut it, but did. After we waited a while whilst he chatted with another colleague. Then there wasn't a bar code on the wood and we waited again to get the price so we could pay. Just terrible customer service bar the lady at the tills who was friendly and helpful. Definitely will try to visit other branches before returning here."
