"Sent wife to get tiles as I was busy at work, normally get traders who are helpful to women there old guy who was quite rude and decided smoking a cigarette better idea than helping a women and a toddler, however a young chap came to her aid and she felt like she got a really friendly polite service and saved them from getting a really negative review. They had stock I needed also so can't complain well done to the young man that helped her with her pushchair. Hopefully next time I can give 5 star. They probaly are ilfords best roof merchants."

"Very very very nice chaps. I went to visit them in regards to a leaking roof. They had a laugh with me and they gave me good advice on how to get my roof repaired. In fact they were so nice they let me borrow a measuring tool that showed the gradient of my roof. I took a back to them a few days later they did not mind. I will be buying my tiles from them in the future. No parking available unless you park on the side roads"
"I Always use academy. Always had great service from the guys in there. Ive read a few reviews which state that there is no crane service, it's just not true because they do. You may have to wait a day or two but if you're organised it's never a problem. Always helpful and I've used this family run company for over 25 years. Highly recommended."
