"Have to say - Look no further than this diamond of a place (even if you re a small non trade customer). I went along with a sketch for a wall mounted outside shelter roof I needed to make. The staff were very patient with my non technical names of things and found/advised on the most suitable materials for a 'simple' DIY job. Way, way the best customer service in a long while. Just don't bother hawking around Wickes/B&Q - go to this very Customer orientated supplier instead. Will save you loads of time and money - and also may give you better ideas 'cos they know their business."
