"Amazing service, my mum took me here to gey my watch my dad bought me have some links added back onto the strap of my armani watch. The lady who served us was an absolute gem, made us feel so welcome and made my mum & myself a cup of tea while we waited for the links to be added back onto my watch strap again.. even after the watch was completed, she said we could stay and finish our drinks off coz I hadn't drank all of mine. I wish I'd of got her name coz she was so lovely. Chatted to us as if we'd known her for years, thanks for adjusting my watch for me, I suffer with anxiety quite bad, and this lady completely put me at ease, she's gave us the best customer service, that I've ever received ❤️"
