"It is a novelty to see a B&Q branch on a high street. This branch is obviously much smaller than your usual warehouse stores but it has all the essential stuff you need. The staff in this branch are very helpful, nothing was too much for them. Me and the other half will definitely go back to this branch in future. EDIT: Now downgrading them to 3 stars, their click and collect operation is poor. I placed an order online and received an email to say I could collect my order on the same day. I went to the store to only be told that it was not possible to do same day collections, there was a 'glitch' on their systems that gave incorrect information on their order confirmation emails. They need to get the problem sorted to stop people making wasted journeys to the store."
