"I used Brands of watford for the first time yesterday, these guys are super helpful and honest, My underfloor heating stopped working and i was quoted over £200 by plumbers for call out charge/parts/labour etc I emailed Jamie at Brands who said i need to replace just one part costing £25 and it may fix the problem., i went to the store, spoke to jamie for 20 minutes who told me what i need and how to fit it, took me 5 minutes to fix and everything is working perfectly. Last week whilst on furlough, I decided to try and un-block my downstairs cloakroom sink and what was meant to be an easy job, turned into a situation whereby my whole pop-up plug assembly and u bend needing replacing.
