"I placed an order for fire resistant boards last Friday that should have been delivered within 3-4 days (i.e., by today). Surprisingly, I received a call from the depot that their boards are damaged and asked me if I will accept the damage boards? This was very shocking to me as I paid for defect free boards. I'm still waiting for the delivery hope that I'll receive defect free boards."

Thanks to him I was able to place a large bulk order and have it delivered at a very good price where all other places were out of stock and didn't even bother arranging more. Generally, all phone calls were answered quickly and I always had call backs when needed. I even had a courtesy call to ask whether the delivery and the product was all okay!
