"Had 2 car windscreens replaced within 2 months (bad year!). 1st no problem but had to wait 3 days for delivery. 2nd was a wait (approx 2-3 days) then after fitting the metal trims off the A pillar came loose. Initial call to Autoglass got the comment "it's only ornamental "..! I am sure if it had flown off on the motorway and hit a motorcyclist they would have been less than happy! I managed to tape it on and went back, they said it was not a problem, stuck it back on and I left. It came off within a week - sorted it myself now. And they denied scratching the trim ( suppose they would deny damaging the trim clips too). Always check their work thoroughly."
