"Being Macclesfield-born I knew P.R. Jones were well spoken of by my family when I was growing up. Sadly my experience was a disaster. Was bought a Rolex Submariner 114060 for my birthday in 2016. Took it to the shop to have the bracelet adjusted. I should have known better than to take it to a non-AD, but it was the early days of Rolex ownership. Certainly I was told by Michael that his son would sort the bracelet, which was done. Fast forward four months and the watch fell clean off my wrist onto pavement, causing a dent to the case. Watch went back to Rolex who confirmed that it was the link that had been adjusted that failed. When I rang the store shortly afterwards I made every effort to explain the issue in a neutral way. The response I received was rude, aggressive and asked why I was "making accusations" in relation to a watch "they knew nothing about". That call made it quite clear they had no interest in assisting and/or taking any responsibility for the original work, which was confirmed by Rolex to be inadequate. Expensive lesson learned - quite plainly never again."

"I decided to take my watch here to have the strap changed on my Tudor ranger i found the staff quite cold and off-putting from the start but just put this down to the fact that it was such a small job and i wasn't buying anything of value that they may of just been busy. So i decided to continue and was told to come back in 20 minutes to collect my watch. OK great I went back to collect my watch and pay for the work that they had done which cost me £5 no problem i had to ask them for my original Tudor strap and clasp that they had removed from the watch which the man did apologize about and said he will talk to the sales woman about.so put my watch on and went about my day when i got home i had a look over my watch and wow they had made a complete mess of the casing of my watch there is now a small dent and scratches that i will have to sort due to a extremely poor services never again If your face doesn't fit i wouldn't use this company"
