"Non-Fault Insurance Claim. Light front end damage. The shoddiest piece of workmanship ever experienced in my entire life. The garage may be under the BMW brand but the work on my Audi A6 is far from the standard you’d expect from a prestige brand. New bonnet not aligned, catching at the back. Bumper not correctly aligned to include the headlamps. The car has a straight edge bonnet and as such the wings should’ve be sprayed for colour match yet not done. The garage’s response to all this was “It’s just the way it is” …”can’t do anything about it”"
"The results are worth the wait. My car was with them for 6 weeks with regular text updates telling me when my car would be due back. It was completed as promised by the due date. When I asked why it had taken so long they were able to explain that they had been waiting for parts and had many photos to document the work that is done. I hadn't appreciated how much work had to be done on a 'small' dent, there's more to it when you see the work done! Great job!"
"A professional company who managed the repair of my car following an accident and insurance claim. James kept me informed regularly as to how long they would have to keep the car and only asked me to bring it in once they could order the parts. They managed my expectations time wise and kept me informed regularly sending texts to update. Car was ready exactly when they said it would be and was a brilliant job; good as new , and completely cleaned and valeted throughout. The transition to hand over and collect was also efficient and speedy. Special thanks to James and Mike for being understanding and knowledgeable. I even got to see photos of what had been done! Excellent!"
"Fantastic, what a result - So pleased I asked The AA (Insurance) to change from my first choice of repairer. Had some issues with The AA and Eurocar car hire due to the length of time the work took (Almost 2 and a half months), though I spoke to Martin at Williams Body Repair Centre and he explained the process to me properly and he set realistic expectations of when I would get my car back and he was spot on which I am more than pleased with the results, my car looks like new. When you have work done by Williams Body Repair Centre make sure you speak to Martin for any updates as his customer service is second to none and he tells you how it is in a clear, respectful and honest way. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to collect my car until very late in the working day and whilst waiting in reception I noticed my car was blocked in by 5 or 6 cars so I pointed this out to a member of staff (Dave) that was passing through the reception and he went out of his way to get my car out whilst I was waiting for someone to finish on the phone. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and as such I will be recommending them to my friends, family, colleagues etc. Thank You"
