"I brought my iPhone 6S plus at the beginning of April 2021 for a screen replacement (screen smashed) and protector. I was very impressed with the speed, efficiency and value-for-money. I paid in cash and was told that I would get a receipt later. As I didn’t receive a receipt I texted a reminder. I didn’t appear to get a reply. I noticed very quickly that parts of the screen were unresponsive. I rebooted the phone a couple of times but with little improvement. The problem has become worse since then with the middle part of the phone not responding to touch. On occasions the screen’s display has ‘melted’ and I have had to reboot. I have long ago torn off the screen protector in an effort to improve the responsiveness. I have also tried altering in settings but it has never been the same as before I took it in. Apologies for the late review - when I didn’t hear back from you I assumed you were a fly-by-night operation! I have been busy moving house and have only just come across you in Google Reviews where you have some great feedback. If you could resolve the issues then I would be more than happy to revise the review and rating. The star is for the screen protector which was expertly applied."

"You book a 15 minute slot and he does a fast and very decent repair for a good price - brilliant. Used for 2 repairs already! Only thing I’d say is not to bother with the screen protector as it makes your touchscreen very unresponsive so ended up having to remove it."
