I thought that approaching the counter would be enough to spring them into action, but no you have to remind them that your a customer and you have gone in there to actually buy something and not to stare at walls! "When trying to make an order over the phone it just doesn't get answered, just keeps ringing. Once you've managed to get through and made order and agreed a delivery date then the delivery doesn't appear on that day. So you would think that you would get the delivery first drop the next day, not with my experience, I had to collect myself at 14.00 and noticed their transport wasn't doing anything. They obviously have a pure lack of thought for the customer, I am a Senior Site Manager at a local construction site in Woking and we have had to put with this poor material delivery service for far to long, therefore I am going else where for my building materials."
