The owners are nice, friendly and very helpful, they give advice and they are genuine people, this is a good gift for a busy town like London where no one has time for others. One of the shop owner helped my daughter to to get used with the padlock for the school locker, as she started the high school and she had to buy one, this guy had time to teach her how to use the code of the padlock.
