"Poor quality repair. I paid £13 to have my heels repaired on my boots and came off a week later when shopping??! Who ever repaired it just put nails through heels and expected it to stay on?? So I have taken them to Mark Rogers in Wilmslow who was recommended to me and has had years of experience. He explained that the four holes around the heel of the shoe was for wooden pegs which are then used to glue on the heel!?! Need any shoe repairs I’ve learned the hard way this is not the place to go!!"

"Would not recommend using this Timpsons shop, for keys anyway. I'm normally a benefit of the doubt kind of person but I've been back to this shop about 4 times (for the same set of keys) and had the same experience again and again. The guy who works Tuesdays/Wednesdays has a bad attitude and seems to think working there 1/2 days a week excuses his poor service and general incompetence, also likes to blame errors on his other colleagues who work the other days. Took them weeks to get some work keys sorted for me, then they accidentally made double the amount but told me they'd be throwing them away unless I wanted to pay full price for them (£40 each as they're special security keys) - wasteful. Genuinely wouldn't bother going here again. Not a happy customer."
