Simon got back to me very quickly and asked me a few questions after which he offered some advice to try and self serve which actually did the trick and we got it working !! Whilst he could have taken the opportunity to come and fix the washing machine in 10 minutes and make some money, he was selfless and just offered his expertise, which not only fixed my machine but saved me some money!! "There's only one word to describe Simon's service and that is excellent! Our 17 year old Siemens washing machine developed a fault and I was quite expecting Simon to say that it was too old to be repaired. No such thing! He said it was built like a tank and probably last another 10 years. There was no song and dance, no intake of breath, Simon just got on with the job with no fuss. He was polite, courteous, honest and reasonably priced. I have no hesitation recommending Simon."
