"Booked a service call for AEG fridge freezer. Engineer came on time as arranged and wore a face mask on entry. Although he wasn't able to repair my fridge freezer, he gave a detailed explanation as to why it was beyond repair and must have spent a good hour at my home. I was therefore happy to pay the very reasonable service charge. He also gave advice on sourcing a replacement. He was not pushy and did not try to "sell" me a replacement. He simply gave advice on what he could and couldnt supply at that present time. It is rare to find a company with this level of professionalism and I would have no hesitation in calling them again or recommending to friends and family."

The engineer came out the next evening and was able to repair our freezer there and then. He was very professional, excellent price, a local firm and all round great service.
