"Asked the company to come and give me a quote for some repair work to my sewer drain. Despite contacting more than once and being promised a visit i have had no show. Appreciate that they said they were very busy due to all the heavy rain etc but the least they could do is communicate rather than not show up when promised. Used them and paid to have drain unblocked, unfortunately blocked again 6 weeks later a subsequent ins pection from insurance company suggested it may be due to repair being required? Feel i have no choice now but to look elsewhere"

"Having seen 22 5 star reviews I thought I would call them up to unblock a drain. A guy turned up later that same day to have a look which was great. He then made an appointment with me two days later on Wednesday afternoon told me he would turn up between 12 - 2pm so I took the time off work to be home. At 1pm on Wednesday I phoned their office and asked why he hadn't turned up to fix the problem, I was told he's off work and they don't know why he booked for that date and time. I thought ok could be an honest mistake. So I rearranged for Friday morning. Was told between 10am - 12pm I told them I'd be taking time off work again and can they assure me someone will turn up. Well Friday came and no one turned up AGAIN, no message, no call or anything. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional"
