"Steer clear. The owner of this company and Cheshire Bespoke Conservatories is rude, agressive and has a problem with being told a customer is not happy. I have never encountered such a rude, unresponsive person who is supposed to be the senior figure in a public facing company. We've had the phone put down on us on a number of occasions and every communication (when we finally get to speak) is confrontational, agressive and not in the slightest bit focused on our needs. We've paid our money, had 9 months of heart ache and false promises and still our guarantee (which is not FENSA) is incorrect."

"Window Repair Direct visited our property and provided a quotation to repair a number of window hinges and replace the exterior sealant plus end caps on most of our windows and doors. This was accepted and an installation date agreed. However, the date was missed by Window Repair Direct and several calls from Chris (business owner) another person was sent to survey the job. Finally, Chris was the third person to visit our house to assess the job. After the third visit we have not heard anything further from Window Repair Direct; they have ignored multiple phone calls and emails from us. Furthermore, a few weeks after Chris’ visit I received a sales call asking me what I thought of their quotation! Window Repair Direct have been a nightmare to deal with and completely wasted our time. If they did not want to carry out the work that would have been fine but they could at least have had the decency to let us know. Edit: Purchase Order Number 20302"

"Brilliant service and excellent price. Communication was impeccable and the replacement unit was fitted with no hassle or mess. Highly recommend this company. Since above review they have built a new solid conservatory roof for us, can only say AMAZING. This was not a 'kit' like many sell but a beautiful vaulted roof from timber with rooflights and Tapco tiles with lights too. The lads were perfectionists and worked hard. They included us in decisions along the way too. We even gained a new mains socket too. It was done and finished in just 5 days and they cleaned up better than expected. On to painting and tiling now........................."
