"I used this company to come and fix my tumble dryer. After contacting him by phone I sent him a WhatsApp video of the noise the dryer was making and he said he knew what it was and would come and fix it for me the next day in the morning. After contacting him several times throughout the morning he turned up hours later. He spent a few minutes fixing the problem and then left. A few months later and the dryer is back making the same noise. I contacted him again and asked why the dryer was doing the same thing and he promised he would sort it in a few days as his car was broken but once it was sorted he would come again. We arranged for him to come a week later once his car was sorted. I was working so ensured there was someone in (my sons) to let him In. Throughout the day my son tried to contact him when he didn’t turn up when he said he was going to. I also tried and text him when I could from work and he responded at 6.50pm to say he had tried to ring my son but got not answer. He also said he ‘didn’t need this today’ I sent him a picture of my sons call list to show he hadn’t any missed calls so clearly he has not tried to make contact with him. After him blanking my last msg I got Someone else out to fix my dryer. Turned out d&a repairs had either not changed the bearing he said he had changed or if he did had changed it for an old very used and worn one and charged me £50 for the pleasure. I wouldn’t recommend using this company to anybody as you won’t receive a professional reputable service."
