"Absolutely great company. Had a power cut and after that my New World oven wasn't working. Rang them and told them what had happened and they just suggested switching the clock back on. I was unable to as the button dropped off years ago so he suggested something as simple as sticking a pen in the hole where it was. I eventually had to use a scissor blade but once I did that it came back on and the oven worked! Feel almost guilty that he gave me advice for free that saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend to everyone."
