"Was well impressed with this place and would recommend anyone to get there Hoover repaired from here. My Hoover kept cutting out on me so I took it to a local repair shop called Chris the vac repairs in Ashton. They took my hoover in and told me they would be in touch me in 2 days as they was to busy. I was ok with this however I heard nothing back so I decided to pay a visit to the shop. To discover my hoover was completely dismantled. I was quoted £150 to get my hoover repaired. It required a new pull cord and a service. I was shocked by this quote. I told Chris the vac repairs no to the quote. He then handed me back my hoover dismantled. I was pretty Pxxsed off to be frank. I took it back and decided to pay visit to Staly Vacs in stalybridge. The guy had no problems to check out my hoover. He told me it would cost me £20 for a 2nd hand pull cord on £50 for a new one. I was more than happy to pay this. He also discovered that my hoover filters were missing. So not only was my hoover dismantled it was also missing parts from Chris the Vac repairs. Staly Vacs told me it would cost me a small amount of £5 to replace it. They gave me a quote of £35. This price included a 2nd hand pull cord, £5 for the filters and £10 for labour. I am sat there thinking where on Earth did Chris the vac repairs get £150 come from. Staly Vacs saved me a whopping £115. Stayl Vacs repaired my hoover within 30 minutes he went above and beyond he also repaired a small spring on my hoover which I didn't even ask for it to be repaired. This guy was amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For customer service, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for price, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for efficiency and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all round. I would recommend anyone to visit this place for a Hoover repair any day. My hoover is working like new. Thank you Staly Vacs for being being awesome."
