"Filled in their online contact form but wasn’t expecting a call back so close to Xmas. Angela phoned the next morning and offered an engineer to call out that afternoon. Mike arrived, diagnosed the problem with my fridge in 5 mins and had it fixed in another 10 mins. Both Angela and Mike where a pleasure to deal with and as others have said, I have no problem in recommending them. Will definitely be using them again going forward."
