"Booked appointment for covid vaccine. Why did i bother to make appointment, walk ins went in before i did. 20 minutes over my appointment and i'm still waiting. I have other appointments today. I won't come here again. A P.S the lady who did tge vaccine was lovely. Icwould definitely go to her again as i never felt a thing"
"Having read the scathing reviews of various customers I was concerned that I had opted for the wrong venue to have my Covid booster. However, my trepidation was short-lived and found all staff members I came into contact with, and spoken to, to be helpful and friendly. I hardly felt the needle, and suffered no ill after affects. My opinion would be that some of the reviewers are only one-star, not Friar Park Pharmacy."
"If I could leave zero stars, I would. Came for a booster jab and the "vaccinator" didn't turn up on time, she came ten/twenty minutes late with a waiting room full of people. When I was called in she immediately had a go at me for calling her unprofessional to her colleague on the front desk (who was also incredibly rude and unhelpful); she picked a fight with me as soon as I closed the door, even more unprofessional, and closed me in the space so she couldn't be heard. I asked her to stop and get the jab done with so I could leave, but she still continued and I had to shout at her to stop. She did not ask me my name, DOB or medical history either and I have a heart condition, nor was I given a cotton pad after the needle; she said she was a pharmacist not a vaccinator too, so I'm worried she wasn't trained. I wasn't even given a card for my booster, I don't even know what I was administered and she did not ask what I had before. I have mental health problems and someone in my family just died. Worst NHS experience I've ever had."
"Rude female staff who serve at the front counter. They do not know who to speak to and treat their customers. I will definitely change my pharmacy. Additionally, this pharmacy must be given negative ratings. Too many people work there but they just waste time there by gossiping and chit chatting with each others. Extremely disappointed with their behaviour."
"Wouldn't even give one star. A few weeks ago 7 times I was sent between my Dr's & their chemist. My mum had just died & friarpark chemist had it all along. My dad is living with me after a traumatic brain injury. I phoned up this morning to ask for delivery. 3 times I had to explain I can't bring my dad out because of his mobility problemsp& brain injury & still said if I wanted it today I had to collect. I asked to speak to the locum pharmacist who was a bit more helpful Unfortunately for them the phone was left on whilst the colleague was talking about me. No empathy no understanding of what no mental capacity. The lady pharmacist is lovely, The girls who serve over the counter are no help & at times rude. I suggest they be refreshed on their over counter course & maybe learn some manners.ive lost my mum & my dad now doesn't know who I am due to an accident. So remember you may be in this situation one day with your own parents. I hope you don't encounter the problems I have with people who are suposed to care for the public. Disgusting."
