"Absolutely shocking. Waited 25 minutes for my prescription for them to tell me they didn’t have it. They did the same to other people also waiting. Also advised a lady that her prescription was probably still on the system when it was sent over a couple days ago. Was so unorganised they got everyone to write down their details on paper. I presume my prescription along with many others is sitting there somewhere. Very frustrating as I only popped out for 5 minutes during work but ended up being almost half hour later with no prescription. Need to sort it out."
