Its the Co-Op fault for not operating a sufficient service and not supporting the public at this difficult time. Have they considered opening on Saturdays? Having members of staff on late shift checking and ordering medicines?"
"Poor service today. Waited for 30 minutes to receive a repeat prescription given that I had submitted the request seven days before. Many people who arrived after me were served first. Eventually a young lady asked for my details again and I was served within two minutes. Shambolic!"
