"We went on a day trip to York for the Ice Sculpture Trail. We boarded the coach at the depot in Kidderminster, leaving at 7:10. On route we had a break at Tibshelf services with time for a toilet break and a coffee. Near York the driver give us a rundown of York's history and what we could see while there. We walked round the town centre, the ice sculpture were impressive, our only comment is there were too many people there, where ever we went there were crowds. We had an excellent lunch at the Old White Swan, where we alway go when we visit York. When we left after lunch every table was full with people queuing. Overall an excellent trip, with a friendly and helpful driver."

"Went to London the weekend with freinds not sure what to say spent most time on coach before theatre the driver Travis was very ignorant no conversation no details of times places never greeted any of us on coach and when there was a incident with one of our group who was clearly upset because of a incident whilst in London city he was no help at all telling us she had thirteen minutes to get back or he was leaving her there I have never traveled with this coach company and wont again usually use green line coaches and they are fantastic I know they are on a time limit but surely they should be something in place for any emergency he was rude and had no compassion at all towards the problem could do with learning some people skills or not do the job if he don't enjoy it the only good thing about the trip was the nice hotel and staff will not be traveling with u in the future if this is how u get treated I understand not all are like this but I assure you lots were complaining that travelled with you that day"
