"No customer service skills, did not feel relaxed. Lady was very shouty and rushing me- not the type of experience I am used to. Was making calls during treatment and seemed very agitated. I got a maroon shellac on my hands- the colour pay off it is lumpy- gaps in colour. Filing of the nail shape isn’t that expected from a nail technician - asked for a round nail and it’s not even symmetrical!"

"Terrible acrylic nails, the man was not nice or friendly at all. The women are friendly. For the price I paid it definitely was not worth it at all. Not a nice experience. Pedicure was OK, again not worth the money. If you want some pampering this is not the place to go."

"THE TREATMENT IS SO BAD. A lady wearing a blue top and blue jeans really treated me badly today. I have previously came into the shop before and my toenail was broken, everytime this has happened someone had kindly fixed it a little bit for me at the side. When the powder that fixed it was being drilled off, the young lady broke my toenail. When I asked if she could fix it she said no and that there was nothing she could do. She went onto do my nails and I felt like because I said this, the treatment I had after was terrible. She took the dead skin off of my feet but without any soap or anything and was doing it rather hard so now my feet feel sore and cut. When I saw the outcome of my feet I said to the lady that I wasn’t happy with them because what I Feared would happen, did happen, they looked wonky because my toenail was broken and this time she ignored me and carried on. I felt like the treatment I got was based on what I said, when the lady broke my toenail in the first place?? I just wanted it fixed that was all. wouldn’t anyone? My feet still feel rough and there’s still dead skin around my toenails from where it hasn’t been done properly. I walked out of the shop so upset nearly crying because everytime I spoke , the lady was so rude to me. I am paying for a service so I was just trying to make sure i was happy with it. My graduation is next week and I wanted them to look nice, now I feel like I need to get them done again because I am so unhappy. The worst part about it was that i still said thank you because I know they work hard, I was still so polite. When really I was so intimidated , I just paid and wanted to get out of there really fast."

"Rude staff honestly I’ve been going to them for 3 months because they’re close to my house but I’ve found that every month I’m having to go back for a nail repair to fix something they did wrong and I honestly thought every month that it’ll get better. This set I have right now has chipped after 2 days and is filed so sharply. I paid for shellac which was £27 infill when I went to the shop to explain and ask for it to be fixed. They take no accountability and it’s the customer’s fault for not being careful. Definitely learnt my lesson, after this nail repair it’s my last time here. Avoid at all costs. Not worth it for the service and quality"
