"Nails are worth the money, really professionally done, however would be nice for staff to communicate more and use warm water instead of cold when doing manicure treatment as I was given cold tap water to stick my hands in and ended up hurting when cleaning cuticles."

"Booked an apt but after waiting twenty minutes, saw the person who would serve me start a manicure on someone else. Literally wasted my lunch hour because they can’t get the concept of an appointment and have no respect for time. All in all, rude and arrogant."

"The staff are incredibly rude. Today I had an appointment at 4:30pm but was running late due to traffic, I rang to apologise and was told that they had lost many clients because of me being late. I said I could come now which I did. The salon was full ( no loss of clients), with another lady waiting, I again apologised and watched two more women enter, one of the women said that she had a 5:15 appointment and was finally asked to sit at 5:50, without any apology for the long wait. This lady suggested that I go first because I was there before her but was informed that I had to wait because I was late. Naturally, at this point I left. They are incredibly rude and always running late, never apologising to any clients. They may not care that I will never go back but neither will my three daughters and most likely their friends too, as the girls tend to go on groups. Poor treatment of your clients will eventually catch up with you."
