"I went in the Grappenhall store at 18.42 tonight and was served my a lovely young man named Jake. He was very polite an helped me pack all my shopping as it was heavy he double bagged my dog food for me. What a refreshing change it makes to go into a shop an be served by someone that doesn't make you feel like they're doing you a favor! I go in the store most days and all the staff are lovely but Jake actually made me want to write a review so well done Jake I don't generally do reviews but credit where it's due"
