"Very disappointed. Amie was very unhelpful at the Stourbridge shop. We walked in happy and excited and left feeling very deflated. She acted like she didnt want to help us. We asked for few quote options. Cuba, mexico and dominican. She just responded by saying 'you need to narrow it down'. I thought that was a travel agents job, to help you find the right holiday and if need be the right destination and price. They were very quiet in there too so it wasnt because they were busy. All she did then was show us prices on line which we could have done ourselves. We couldnt wait to get out of there."
