"I've been going here awhile, I have to say I do think that they do a good job, but I have to say they change their prices a lot. I called in and said I had powdered nails and I needed a new set and powder I was told £35 which the month before I paid £32 ok fine, I'm attending a party and need them done. Long story short, I get them done and it's now £40 as I had to take them off and have a new set put on and powder, in my opinion it's pretty obvious that if I've already got a set on and I need to get a new set I'll have to have them removed. I feel like they aren't very professional as they chitter and chatter to one another in their own language in front of the customers continuously, which I find very rude."

"Kevin is my favourite - I always ask for him because he genuinely wants you to leave the shop feeling happy and confident about your nails (hands). However, this place does not do good pedicures. Dead skin is often left and they doesn’t scrub well enough either. If you are going, only go for manicures and get your pedicures elsewhere."

"Avoid this place, thenstaff just sit gossiping amd chatting turning around and stopping what they are doing to talk to each other, so unprofessional, i also asked for the same colour and shade as the lady next to me, he did a totally different colour and then had to ask a colleague to do the white tips as he couldn't do it!! Terrible place wish id saved my 35 pounds and done them myself fuming!"

"I regularly use this salon but I found that whenever Lee the manager isn't there the staff play up. Around three/four weeks ago they didn't treat my daughter properly and Lee had to come to the shop to rectify the problem as my daughter was in the right, I had the most awful experience with them today, the lady technician asked me to take my handbag off the chair and put it on the floor, which wasn't a problem but the tub they use to do clients feet was leaking and soaked my handbag, the gentleman that was doing my feet kindly offered to dry it near a heater, after he finished doing my feet he bought the handbag to me and it ruined with water marks my handbag is suede and beige. I understand that it was an accident but I wanted to be compensated, I asked who is managing since Lee isn't there and someone pointed to one of the technician (that always has his bird chest out) he didn't think that I should get compensated and still wanted me to pay for my nails, I was absolutely livid that nobody was willing to take responsibility for my property, l explaining my reasons why I should get compensated he got very angry and decided that I didn't have to pay for my nails and banned me from the shop. I cannot believe the treatment I got I'm in total shock that they would treat a customers this way. ( The price I paid for the handbag and my damage bag is in the photo gallery)"

"I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now. They have loads of staff doing nails in there. The nails last quite long. Decent price. Anything I ask for, they do and do it pretty well. In reference to quality, my nails stay on pretty long but I’m not sure about their products."
