"Would never go again. Went with mother in law to book family holiday. No knowledge or recommendations just basically left us to it. Not friendly at all, and Ruth the manager quite rude. My advise steer clear! Go to Co op travel Burntwood, lovely bunch of ladies and Elaine the branch manager very well travelled and knowledgeable, overall 100% better, was actually a pleasant experience rather than feeling like a burden in Lichfield."
"Usually a nice experience coming to this branch to book a holiday and I have come here many times but the Manager Ruth is far from helpful. A smug lady who will only laugh in your face instead of trying to help. She should not be in a customer service related job when she has no people skills at all. Will not be going there again. Actually looking on TripAdvisor I am not the only one who has had the brunt of this service."
