"Terrible for children my son has autism so find hair cuts really difficult and I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable in all my life to the stage I had to leave his hair cut and take him home as the man kept tutting and said keep him still. I would avoid this place specifically if your child finds hair cuts distressing like mine did they don’t make you feel welcome"
"Great local barbers and Adam and his team a excellent, keep up tge good work chaps. Best regards Lindsay"
"Very good barbers I have used this barbers for around 5 6 years now and also my little boy has been having his cut here the last 2 years his now 4 he has special needs and has autism so he is very sensitive to the noise of clippers but they are great with him and very patient just want to say thank u to all the guys there."
"Nice guy and got a great haircut, I've awkward hair (very straight) and don't like going to new places but he knew what to do with minimal instruction. Good skin fade. Would recommend."
"I took my 3 year old to get his haircut. He is very scared about getting his haircut which I explained to the Barbour. He was huffing and puffing was very rude and annoyed when I asked for the clippers not be used and just to use scissors as he is very afraid of clippers he said this will be £18 to use scissors which I said was fine as I just wanted to get his hair cut and leave whilst my son was sitting nicely. He then told me he doesn’t have time for this today as it’s very busy. I would of understood if my son was screaming but he wasn’t he was nervous and was trying to be brave but sitting nicely. I asked the Barbour who’s chair was closest to the till At the back of the shop to show some kindness and patience that’s when he asked us to leave and refused to even try to cut my sons hair. I am absolutely horrified at his behaviour especially to a frightened child who was trying to be brave. I’m aware it was very busy but this is no way to treat people. I am appalled, disgusted and will never come back. Having a car in the front on the shop gives the impression to customs that the barbours is child friendly which it is most defiantly not. A lesson needs to be learned to treat people especially children like human beings and not like inconvenient cattle"
